In order to build confidence, flirt with the world every day, achieve what you set out to achieve, dress like a boss, and pursue becoming a FSI.
People make the mistake of believing that they will find the love of their life at a bar and they will be able to approach them and sweep them off their feet without practicing every single day of their life. They are wrong.
You must flirt with the world, all day, every day.
Flirting with the world means speaking to complete strangers as if you have known them your entire life, as if you are picking up a conversation that was already underway.
Have no fear because not only will you never see those individuals again, and if you do then that is even better because you are forming a beneficial relationship, but the act of flirting with the world will build your confidence and speaking skills.
There is a public speaking class for CEOs and managers called Toast Masters (similar to how my communication mentor taught me) that simply puts you on the spot to talk about a random subject for a minute with confidence, then having you do it over and over again.
You would be surprised at the confidence you gain from increasing your communication skill/FSI Stat.
Next, have a massive stack of proof that you are who you say you are by achieving what you say that you are going to achieve, and strive to add to this stack multiple times every day. Go above and beyond at all times in the pursuit of achieving this.
Next, dress like a boss. I don't need to elaborate, do I? This will inject steroids into your confidence!
Lastly, pursue becoming a Full Stack Individual.
The pursuit of becoming a Full Stack Individual is the pursuit of achieving the highest peak in every stat all at once. [I have listed some example stats multiple times in].
You are only an FSI once, because once you reach your highest potential ever, there is only one direction to go after that - down.
To become a FSI is a constant grind and battle every day of your life until the day you reach your maximum potential, then a grind and battle every day of your life to maintain that state of being; however, there is only a single peak (which is the day you achieve it), so it is about decreasing the rate of regression after you achieve it in order to stay as close as possible to your maximum potential.
In truth, it is simply a constant grind, and it is almost impossible to tell that you have a achieved it until it passes you by.
It might take 10-40 years to achieve, but when you achieve it, you will only notice that you were at your very best when you pass it by and realize that you are regressing due to natural causes, and there is nothing you can do about that besides work as hard as possible to decrease the rate of natural regression.
The pursuit of becoming a FSI, and achieving it, is the equivalent of grabbing your confidence by the throat and throwing it into space.
